December 19, 20205 yr Sorry guys for coming back yet again with this issue, namely unable to dowload MSFS2020. I had to put in a new hd drive also had to start from stratch including installing W10, meaning MSFS wans't intsalled on my pc yet when I went to dowload it it say 'I own it' (good so far) but then don't have an option to download it. If no joy contact support they do respond and can help you sort this out I'm certain.
