Adjust Eye Level

Is there a way to adjust the eye level in 737 NXGu.  I am running P3Dv5.1 on a wide screen monitor. If I want to use the Head Up Display I have to move up the eye level so that I can see the whole display. That is fine but if I look around the cockpit and need to  reset the view, the eye level is too low again.

From what I have read, when the seat is correctly adjusted you should be able to see the windscreen wiper and maybe a bit of the nose.
