November 27, 200619 yr I know aomebody posted it here before just can't find it again. It was the base nubmers I would have to entry into the cfg file to have the same autogen output as FS9 right now I have mine maxed out at 6000 each.I would like to know the numbers that would give me FS9 results at each slider setting if it can be done. So that when I slide it to max it would be the same as FS9.

So that when>I slide it to max it would be the same as FS9.It has been my belief that FSX slider at 'Sparse' with cfg file valuesof trees 4500 and buildings 3000 gives = to FS9 autogen full right. If that is not correct, so be it. But someone did say that here once. And I tried it myself and it looks like the same amount of autogen as FS9.Incidentally, last night I was flying around Orlando Florida experimenting with cfg and autogen...and I found a new sweet spot for my setup: FIBER_FRAME=0.20 and Trees 4500 and Buildings 3000, and Autogen to Dense. Looks GREAT and no blurries, and the sim is hitting my framelock of 25 at low level.Thank God for the San Diego core cpu's. :)RhettAMD 3700+ (@2530 mhz), eVGA 7800GT 256 (Guru3D 93.71), ASUS A8N-E, PC Power 510 SLI, 2 GB Corsair XMS 3-3-3-8, WD 250 gig 7200 rpm SATA2, CoolerMaster Praetorian Rhett 7800X3D ♣ 96 GB G.Skill Flare ♣ Gigabyte 4090 ♣ Crucial P5 Plus 2TB
November 27, 200619 yr Thanks Rhett, I realised why I couldn't find it. After installing it for the second time I immediately set about tweaking it, without running it first, hence FSX hadn't built the CFG file! Thanks anywayPaul
