December 26, 20205 yr I’ve just finished trial of P2A with MSFS. I was attracted by the verbal interaction with atc, as I was a user of Vox-atc in FSX for many years. I really like the fp features of Pilot2atc! I think I’m through most of the learning-curve but have one question about saving, exporting and retrieving fp’s, and injecting them into MSFS. I couldn’t understand why, when I clicked-on “save”, it saved as a .vbf. When I went to load file (from msfs Welcome menu), there was nothing in the file. Seems MSFS wants .fps or .pln. Same with “export”, “import”, nothing appears in my saved file, it’s blank. Do I understand that when saving a fp one must actually type in the extension, like .fpl or .pln ? Eg) CYYZ-CYVR.fpl ? I just realized this after reading it in the manual. I could not find it mentioned or made clear anywhere in the P2A universe! Lol! Flying a 2 Seat Static GA Simulator out of CYYZ.
