Anybody know how to do this?

If I Google it the answers all seen to involve using the left hand controller. Sadly I don’t have any controllers.

F12 just produces a stereo image, which I could crop I suppose - but the quality would be degraded.

 Oculus folks can run Oculus Mirror tool and press F9.

You must specify the capture method in the options menu.
