Hi,

 

Is it possible to show multiplayer aircraft without showing AI aircraft?  I would like if possible just to show my friends and my own aircraft while flying using LNM.

Hi John,

LNM does not make a difference between AI and multiplayer aircraft. It's either all or none, sorry.

Can you tell me how I can get my multiplayer friends to show up on LNM when we are using MSFS220 & X-Plane?

Disable the MSFS multiplayer and use Join FS, then all will be well.

Thanks Reader I have tried Join FS but for some reason I'm unable to join the server. When I add the address the network goes orange and stays like that even though they are shown online in the address book they do not show in the hubs list for some reason.

If you both (all) join the Global Server, it works a treat. The best way is to show you it working. It does show everyone in the aircraft that you are in on the screen but otherwise all is good.

Thanks all. I'll have a look at Join FS.

The mutiplayer stuff is problematice for X-Plane. Some tools inject only 3D models which LNM cannot detect. Some inject wrong values which result in all aircraft showing north.

And MSFS does not deliver multiplayer through SimConnect at all. Only AI.
