Hello Andrew and a happy new year,

 

I'm just wondering what the parameter (p) in all MSFS functions is, and where the value comes from?

This is from before my time. ‘P’ I have always assumed stands for parameter that can optionally be passed but I have never looked to see what effect these would have. As per best practice I have not changed it because it works.
