Usually when I'm flying ILS with a 737, I can simply click on the APP button in FS9, but it doesn't seem to work the same in FSX. I set my approach in the GPS, I have the FD and AP on, but the plane wont line up. Is there a new step?

Hi,What I do is fly GPS to destination.Once ATC starts vectors.Switch from GPS to NAV (button or switch)and fly instructed headings and altitudes.Select the ILS frequency (NAV1)Set the heading bug for the ILS courseWhen cleared for the approachSelect (push) LOC button to intercept the localizerWhen the glide slope pointer starts down, within a dot of on G/SPress the APR button to fly the approach.Flaps and gear on schedule
