Joystick settings logbook wiped!

So I flew yesterday, no problems at all and I fired up the simulator about an hour ago and everything has been set to default, including all my joystick settings, its like a complete new fresh install has been done remotely....I am so annoyed and frustrated...anybody experienced this??? Even the mods I had installed have disappeared completely from the community folder.....I am totally bloody baffled...

XP11 is looking good right now i tell you......bloody glad I didn't uninstall that....bloody fuming here!!
