February 3, 20215 yr Hi i have recently bought a second GTN and as I was using the F1 wrapper. I completely missed the place where you entered the coupon and kept thinking it would come in each subsequent stage. Of course it didn’t and I ended up paying the full price. I realise that this was my own fault and have found the place that I originally required on the wrapper. But could you please tell me what I must do to obtain a partial refund? February 4, 20215 yr A similar event happened to me last year. I was able to resolve this by contacting the seller via the ticket system. They are easy to deal with. Log in, create a ticket and explain dilemna here... http:// https://www.flight1.com/ticket.asp Hope that helps :)
