February 5, 20215 yr I posted this at the FB forum a little while ago and I got no response. Seems like FB is on lockdown, Can someone try the NGXu at one of the KSFO "F" jetways and tell me if they have the same problem. I'm just trying to figure out if this is a problem unique to my installation. First pic shows how it looks when the scenario is started (I've tried F72 & F83 so far) Second pick shows what happens (JW points at the sky - moves up instead of out towards the plane) as soon as I try to use GSX or the SODE control panel to operate the jetway. February 5, 20215 yr Author Never mind. There was a very simple solution to this problem. I had set up the GSX parking so the nose gear on the NGXu would stop on the 738 hash on the center line (silly me). This leaves the door grossly misaligned with the jetway, which can only move in/out or up/down. I reconfigured the parking stop position disregarding the hash mark and simply aligned the door with the jetway. It works fine now. I guess I got distracted by the pointing at the sky bit. The other jetways just don't do anything when they can't connect to the exit. February 5, 20215 yr Yeah those old F gate jetways are weird like that in that they don't move forward or aft. Plane has to be stopped in such a way that the door is perfectly lined up to the jetway.
February 5, 20215 yr Author To get Gate 74 to work you have to park at a 10° angle off the center line. Gonna have to try to edit the angle of that one. i9-10850K, ASUS TUF GAMING Z490-PLUS (WI-FI), 32GB G.SKILL DDR4-3603 / PC4-28800, GIGABYTE RTX5080 16GB WF OC 3 FAN running 3440x1440
