The short answer is yes, you have to manually rename the duplicates (or at least one of them). Actually this is not as hard as it sounds and this new feature of FSX is great for reducing the number of duplicate aircraft in your folders.What you do is get all the aircraft of the same type together and look at the "Title=" entries in the aircraft.cfg files. For example, you might have a PAI A320 and an FSP A320 and an EVOL A320. First, look at the aircraft.cfg files and the texture folders to ensure you don't have duplicates.
