Fix Default Runway Marking Flickering? (with ADE?)

Hello, everyone.

In my P3Dv5.1 install at some default airports, PHJR and KMIC for instance, I get flickering runway marking textures when I pan the camera around.  The underlying material itself, taxiways, and buildings are still visible - and this is only at a few default airports.  I'm a super novice with ADE (and AFCADs/scenery in general), occasionally using it to update some taxiways on simple airports, but I'm trying to solve this annoying issue and was hoping ADE could help. I've tried to make a flatten but have run out of ideas otherwise.  Is there a chance any experts may have some other recommendations to fix this?  I don't have any meshes, scenery, or otherwise in the area; essentially as default as it gets that I know of.  I also don't use Envtex or anything like that.  I'm certainly open to other suggestions as well.

Thank you!
