I want to use the split panel functionality in order to get rid of the audio switches in the center console. When I click on AudioPanel and I activate Split Panel it quickly goes back to the normal one. How do I activate this?

You can't use the Split Panel feature because X-Plane is only managing 2 distinct channels shared regardless of the pilot or copilot side.

This is one of the reasons it is not supported nor implemented.
