MCDU QUestions

Flying the A320 and on occasion when entering a flightplan I get a waypoint "USER" then I am unable to enter a further waypoint above  or below "USER" same problem with 

"DECEL"  I also am unable to clear or delete theses waypoints, is there any ideas out there

They're calling Pseudo waypoints: T/C, T/D, S/C, S/D, I/P, SPD LIM, DECEL.  The predictions displayed on the MCDU assume that AP (or FD order) is controlling the aircraft and flying it along the preplanned lateral and vertical flight plan. 

You can't deleted.
