Real-World Jepps Weather

Featured Replies

Can't get real-world static or updated Jepps weather to download. Has been working fine till yesterday. Internet connection is fine and I haven't made any changes to FSX. I've got the same NOD32 anti-virus/firewall that I've always had.Anyone having similar?ThanksRake

Hi Rake,Not sure where the server is physically located but I'm guessing if it is on the west coast, it might be down due to the inclement weather that blew through yesterday.I had the same issue but have not checked it out yet this morning.CheersGraham

I bleeve the Jepp server has been down...I'm pretty sure no-one has been able to get RW weather for the last day or so.I've just been setting my weather to "Major Thunderstorms," for the sheer #### of it.The Jepp server will be back soon, I bet. :)

I've been doing a few missions until the server is back up.

Copy...thanks...I'm using ASv6.5 until server is back on...I used ASv6 exclusively on FSIX but with FSX there's a slight FPS hit with any app running in the background.CheersRake

the seattle area was hit by a high wind storm causing over 1,000,000 homes and businesses to loose power thursday night (12/14/06). 100,000s are still without power on 12/16/06.as microsoft is located in the seattle area, it is likely that the weather server got hit and hasn't yet been brought back on line.--
