Hi all

I am new to flight sims and I am trying to learn navigation using the Nav trainer  by Chale wood.

I am at the stage now where he has introduced DME and the flight to to KFMH requires me to set Nav1 to 115.8 kHz and begin descent at DME13.

My problem is that the King radio in the nav trainer panel only increments and decrements by 0.5 kHz and The DME panel only shows dashes.

This applies  whether I select 115.05 or 115.10.

any advice would be appreciated

Increments are actually 0.05 ( not 0.5 )

You have already started it , keep increments going ,

eg;

115.05 , 115.10 , 115.15 , 115.20 , ............... 115.65 , 115.70 , 115.75 , 115.80 

115.80 is what you want to set to NAV1 .
