If and add-on airport enhancement in my Community Folder adds missing missing scenery, or parking spots, or taxiways, or navaid, when I compile my LNM database from MSFS 2020, I assume that this enhancement information is not imported.

1. Is this correct?

2. Should I be concerned about this? (especially if I am going to get Navigraph Data?)

No. It is imported. Most add-on can be read by LNM and are shown accordingly including parking, taxiways and all. For exceptions see here: https://albar965.github.io/littlenavmap-faq.html#no-airport-msfs

Absolutely not but keep this in mind when updating the navdata: https://www.littlenavmap.org/manuals/littlenavmap/release/2.6/en/SCENERY.html#load-scenery-library-dialog-msfs-apt-navdata
Navigraph provides an extra update for LNM which avoids all the limitations of the MSFS scenery library format.
