Direct from Hewlett Packard on eBay. eBay has good protections. Also, each seller has their own return policy in the 'shipping and payments' tab. HP has 30 day trial for returns. And they (not you) pay the shipping back. No shipping charges for purchase, but State sales tax is added on. Shipped by Fedex Express Saver.
