I started up a flight at Teterboro last night, paused it (by going to the menu) for about an hour and a half while I ate supper, and when I came back I felt like I was watching waves of bombers invading Europe on D-Day!

It seems like having the sim paused caused the live traffic to "bunch up" or something to that effect?  There was a constant stream of go arounds at Teterboro for a few minutes.

A bit odd but on the bright side the most populated I've seen the skies over NYC! 🙂
