April 2, 20215 yr Hello.. I am not very technical and really don't know where to start in fixing my issue. I have a number of 'GTN750 compatible' aircraft in which the product is no longer working. Have read the manual and see no RXP files in my Defender Quarantine. Have updated all my RXP trainer files to latest version (2.5.28.2) . Since updating to Vulcan in XP11, noticing my RXP GTN 750 is not longer working (GTN750 not displaying at all except pop up - which is black screen, or getting black screen with "rebooting" message in lower left corner or only working on pop up screen - not screen integrated into the 3D cockpit. This seems to be happening with select Carenado aircraft that all previously had full GTN750 functionality with my licensed product in 11.41 and no longer work in 11.5+ PC12 (Black screen) Turbo Commander (Black screen with rebooting message in lower left corner), The only aircrafts that it seems to be working properly are the Premier 1A , FA50X. The jets are ok but most of props seem to be another story. The GTN750 touch no longer works on most of the compatible Carenado props with the exception of the Mooney . I checked Registration and that is valid - so you think it would work on every aircraft. All seems somewhat random. Hoping a simple fix or error on my part .. something in the settings maybe? Besides Carenado, I am also have a GTN 750 integrated mod of the default Cessna 172 by Laminar and that too won't work. Stumped Thx for any assistance someone can render. Stay safe.
April 2, 20215 yr Hi, At least you've eliminated the anti-virus from the list of suspects. This is a good starting point. Can you please post the content of the RXP log files after loading an aircraft with which the GTN doesn't power up? (see RXP GTN User's Manual for file/path) In addition, if you're running XP11 in OpenGL instead of Vulkan, is the GTN powering up? What is your video card type and driver version?
