April 2, 20215 yr Is fuel planning available via LNM? If so, how. Thank you. Rolf Edited April 2, 20215 yr by Rolfspan Spelling Computer - Windows 10 Pro 64bit - I7 7700K CPU @4.20GHz - GPU GTX 1080- - 32.0 GB RAM - P3D v4.1
April 2, 20215 yr It's possible but only as simplified calculations done via collected performance data. In short - LNM collects three kinds of average fuel flows - for climbing, cruise and descent phase (there is also taxi fuel collected but this is a marginal value - I always set this value to 500/1000lbs). In general it works except of specific vendors' aircraft models that report wrong/false amounts of fuel (LNM takes data from datarefs in simulators) Later fuel calculations are based on collected fuel flows and calculated/forecasted times of climbing, cruise and descent. LNM adds also fuel for alternate route, taxi, extra fuel and final reserve. You can also set percent of contingency fuel (standard is minimum 5%). You can find all these factors under menu Aircaft/Edit aircaft performance (shortcut <alt><shft><E>). Some advices about data collection and fuel planning under LNM you can find at this discussion thread: Regards, Piotr Edited April 2, 20215 yr by ppgas Never give up ... - here are details of the whip-round: https://zrzutka.pl/en/pewr2d -> to help my younger son fights against Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (blood cancer).
