Needs an update so it can be installed where i want and it needs to look where the Oculus software is installed.

About Oculus Software, have to be installed into 😄 hard drive.

OculusDebugToolCLI.exe have to be installed in this folder: "C:\Program Files\Oculus\Support\oculus-diagnostics"
