Payed a GTN 650 - got Nothing!!!!!

Featured Replies

Hi,

yesterday i bought a RXP GTN750 and - because i found it is a good produkt - today i tried to by a second produkt based on the special price. But: good avionics produkts do not always have goot payment - processes.

RXP has one of the worst payment processes i have ever seen in my live! And i am a very old man!

  • First i downloaded a special exe, which was considered as virus by windows 10.
  • Than i had to download a coupon-file
  • Then, after tricking windows 10 into running the exe file, I had to enter the transaction code from yesterday. Only: I did not know it anymore
  • I looked into F1 history and filled in a Licence-number i found, and it was accepted
  • Then I was guided through the paypal payment-Process and got a number, i filled in again into the payment mask
  • But thereafter the payment-programm says, that the transaction-code from the former buy is wrong, but i have no chance to change this number anymore
  •  So I hat to close / cancel the payment software without success, but with an paypal-payment done.

I want my money back or some help getting the GTN650 Software Licence!

Hi,

I'm sorry for the unfortunate experience. I'm not sure what was/is happening with your purchase exactly, but I'm sending you a PM.
