I've had this issue before, and always following uninstallation and reinstallation of FSX-SE.  I'm not sure it is FSX, or the Saitek/Logitech controllers, but my assignments of buttons, axis etc., on Yoke, Throttle Quadrant and Pedals, don't seem to 'hold'.  Everything is fine for a while but if I change aircraft, or location, or restart the application, things start going wrong - I find the assignments have been 'scrambled' and especially on the throttle quadrant.  Any suggestions please?
