GTN 750 Stuck in Reboot

Featured Replies

Running X-Plane 11 with Garmin GTN 750. It was running really well, using CHPro pedals and LogicTect joystick (extreme 3D).

Removed the joystick and installed the Honeycomb Flight Yoke. The GTN 750 stays pretty dark. In the lower left-hand

corner a very small message says "...reboot" and I never get the GPS. Remove the flight yoke (for which I had downloaded

drivers from the web) and back to the joystick. Joy again. But I'd really love to use that Honeycomb yoke - smooth action.

Did you ever figure out what the problem is?

I have a similar issue when i fly the JustFlight Warrior II. I have not tried to unplug my HoneyComb yoke. Gonna try that right now

Hi,

You might want to post these questions in the RXP support forum instead!

Nevertheless, if this is happening with most your aircraft especially the default ones, and not just a couple few 3rd party add-ons, I suspect the problem might be related to the Alpha yoke "sending" a continuous signal for the avionics bus switch, and the GTN power source is "Avionics Bus" by default. You might want to try changing the GTN power source setting to an actual aircraft electrical bus instead and cross-check?

PS: I also fly with the Alpha and I've not encountered this problem, but you never know.
