May 8, 20215 yr Vsync'd to 30Hz, and getting these still in areas where I have bigtime GPU/VRAM/CPU headroom, yet the smooth 30fps drops down into the teens, back up to 27, 22, 30, 31. Server latency is very low, changing servers no difference, stopping all traffic, no difference. Today's was a fabulous flight for most of the way from KJAC to KSBA when this started again and I ended up shutting down the sim well prior to getting to the approach procedure. I wanted to show a friend this thing but we won't be showing THIS thing! Anyway, I know there are specific areas where this happens and some of called it a memory leak despite the monitored RAM/VRAM stay stable.
