May 18, 20215 yr Hello everyone, I received my Fulcrum-Sim-Yoke last week. So I tear down my old one and try to use the new. After installing the yoke in my sim-stack, I was a litte confused, why none of the knobs work, except one, which triggers ALL knobs. So I inspected the plug and socket for the handle, and I found the receptical loose in the tubeto the main body, so the plug can never reach it completely. The two support requests I started were not answered, so I try my luck over here. How can we fix this problem? Greetings from germany, Rico
