January 16, 200719 yr Author Hello -Can anyone help? Please?I don't know why MS made it impossible to select the addon scenery directory but they seem to have done just that.If anyone knows any way to get back where I was without reinstalling FSXthen I would greatly appreciate it.I've looked at scenery.cfg files and I've looked at the registry. I don'tsee anything --- but there must be something. And WARNING! - DO NOT delete the addon scenery area. The game won't evenhesitate to oblige but then you are stuck. Its a trap door. | Dave | I've been around for most of my life. There's always a sunset happening somewhere in the world that somebody is enjoying.
January 16, 200719 yr Commercial Member Hi Dave, how about using the FSX repair option? I've had to use it a couple of times myself and it worked well. Of course, if you have made major changes to your FSX setup then you may just want to copy the missing files directly from the DVDs.Cheers, Holger
