Missing boats and cars

I bought Aerosoft VFR London X Scenery for FSX yesterday. I started to fly, I noticed there is not  promised boat and car traffic, Thames river and streets are empty. there are not AI Aircraft's either, so I bought Traffic 360. Did I flush my Euros into toilet.

 

In General settings last tab "Traffic" are sliders on higher than 0% for land traffic and boats?
