Access time here is always 27 to 32ms, but about 3h ago or so it's maxed at 250ms (must be >=), and the West European is 249ms.  East Coast is around 82ms.  Just checking if it's my ISP (Xfinity) in Northern California, or if the server is actually on holiday.  Tried rebooting my router, Win 10, etc no joy.

It appears to be back ;o)
