June 14, 20214 yr Hi, This is the official support forum for the genuine Reality XP products. It looks like you are using another similarly named product though. You might want to make sure which product you have purchased first?

June 22, 20214 yr Hi, So it turns out you might indeed be using the RXP GTN! This usually is because the 3D model is embedding the click-spots and they are hard-coded for another GTN.
