June 4, 20215 yr Just a quick note, to say that I received my yoke last week and how very pleased I am with it. With this being such a high quality product, it is an absolute pleasure to hold and to use. Also Chris quickly resolved one minor issue I'd encountered. As expected both the force and travel are a significant improvement over my previous Saitek yoke, but one improvement I wasn't expecting was that I now really do have to trim otherwise the force on the yoke required to hold the plane steady soon becomes uncomfortable - exactly as it should do! Other users have made similar comments of cause, but one point I'd like to add regards my Saitek trim wheel. With my Saitek yoke having such light springs, I never really bothered with trimming the plane as I struggled to get any balance using the trim wheel, to such an extent that I felt I'd wasted my money buying it. No such problem with the Fulcrum yoke though, as all of a sudden the trim wheel now works perfectly (using the same settings) and I can readily trim the plane - very immersive. Many thanks to Chris for producing such a high quality (and well supported) product at such an affordable price. John Edited June 4, 20215 yr by JohnVulcan
June 4, 20215 yr I fully agree. While trimming it almost feels like I automatically release the yoke gradually. It almost feels like the trim tab actually takes the pressure off the yoke.
