What happened to thumbnail_small.jpg?

When messing with my liveries, I'd create the main thumbnail and then use a totally different image for thumbnail_small.jpg. None of the ones I've created lately work any more - they're just smaller versions of the main thumbnail image (created automatically).

Has Asobo removed this "feature" on the quiet?
