After World Update 5, all my my flight plans lack elevation data in Norway, Sweden,.... To be honest I don´t know if it was that way before the update because I hadn´t flown there before but my previous flightplans in the rest of Europe work just fine in that regard.

 

This has nothing to do with the wold update since LNM does not use elevation data from simulators.

Install the GLOBE elevation data and set the path to it in LNM options "Cache and Files":

This has world wide coverage.

What you see on the map is hillshading which is already baked into the downloaded image tiles and has nothing to do with the elevation profile.
