No ATC Sound

Hi AllJust had Vista installed and everything with FSX appears to be working O.K. except for the ATC sound.When I start the engines sound is O.K.When I go to the ATC for Clearence the green banner comes up with the text but no sound.Any help appreciated.My puter tech copied the simulator from fSX over to Vista.Specs:Duo CoreNvida Video card 7950 with latest drivers.2G Ram.Kenny G.

File for FSX.Thought I would give this a try and see if I get the sound back for ATC.Tks. again for any assistance.Kenny G.

Have you installed a codec pack? Some of them will delete MS Codecs that are needed by ATC. I had same problem in XP. If so, search forums for my name and you'll find a post from a few months ago with instructions on how to fix it.Matt
