July 1, 20214 yr Commercial Member Hello @ll, AAO 2.08 has developed an unfortunate bug - "slider" type axis are no longer working. Sorry about that, not sure how this happened. Please roll back to the 2.07 if you experience this - or consider sending an email with your proof of purchase to the address on the last page of the manual. A hotfix may be available soon. LORBY-SI
July 2, 20214 yr Thanks. Was just about report slider on TM Warthog throttle. Also Saitek Cessna trim wheel is listed as a device in AAO but no input is detected by AAO when you turn the wheel. It works in MSFS assigned as Axis Elevator Trim ok. YSSY. July 2, 20214 yr Author Commercial Member Is the Saitek Trim Wheel working in 2.07? If it is, can you please send me a screenshot of the working assignment? LORBY-SI

Yes it works in 2.07 but it takes a few spins of the wheel before AAO 2.07 will detect the output and register it in the "Move Joystick Axis" box. It's a bit like that in MSFS to, takes a few turns as well to register. But in MSFS you can assign the axis manually if necessary. Once configured it works without problems. It also looks to output smoothly in the Windows game controller test bar. In 2.07 it's assigned as "Elevator Trim" in the top "Select simulator axis" box with "AXIS_ELEV_TRIM_SET (Elevator Trim)" showing in the "Select simulator event" box. Update Value: = "on change" and "suppress axis" and "is toggle" are both unchecked. Axis min: = -16383 Axis max: = 16383 Assigned Combo: = none. YSSY. I need to know what the name of that trim wheel event is (= what text appears in the "Move Joystick axis" box) . The assignment itself is secondary at the moment.
