PMDG EFB login issues

Hi everyone I haven’t flown the PMDG NGXu for a while until today. When i did try and use the charts section in the EFB, it asked for my Navigraph login.  I unfortunately made a mistake with the login several times before i got it right but now the EFB says its a fault every time i log back into the charts section.  It gives a message that it is unable to verify my identity or similar.

My Navigraph charts app is working on both my ipad and desktop.

Does anyone know how to reset this so i can log in and get the charts working again in the NGXu?
