If you look into the download area for your purchase you will notice that there are multiple zip file. The FS-ATC-Chatter.zip has the player binaries and around 400+ demo clips. The other zip files contain the clips for the regions. The reason we do this is the clips set is so big we did not want to have them in one massive zip file that some people might have difficulties getting download on a poor internet connection.

The User Guide shows you how to unzip each of these and then merge the Regions folder into the FS-ATC-Chatter folder. Make sure you follow that process and verify that all your clips are in the appropriate Regions under the FS-ATC-Chatter/Regions folder.

Let me know how you make out.

I downloaded US-canada.zip, i can't copy/paste the canada and United States folder into the region folder of the FS-ATC-Chattes folder. When i try, this action can't be performed because the folder or one of the files is open in another program.

Not sure what you were trying to do but in the Us-Canada zip file will be a Regions folder. You want to copy the Regions folder to the root FS-ATC-Chatter folder. The copy program should merge the two Regions folders. Note that the FS-ATC-Chatter zip file contains a Regions folder with some 400+ demo clips. When you do the copy I mentioned above it will likely ask if it is OK to replace the duplicate files, go ahead and say yes.

I would also do this with FS-ATC-Chatter.exe NOT running as it may have some files locked and not allow the copy to proceed.

If you still have problems contact me here and I'll help sort it out:

I opened the US-Canada.zip file, i then opened the FS-ATC-Chatter folder, in the US-Canada.zip folder, i copy/paste the region folder to add it to FS-ATC-Chatter, all the files have been replaced, i was successful!

But, i wanted to do the same with Europe-Africa-South America.zip and i have the same problem. it works for US-Canada but not for Europe.

Should be the same process. If you are opening the zip file with windows explorer rather then extracting it you may find that the Regions folder is one level down. Just find it and copy the Regions folder to the FS-ATC-Chatter root folder and let copy merge them.
