B747 approach problem

I am trying to insert the fligtplan into FMC of B747. I have no problems inserting the diferent waypoints and the departure (SID) but i can't choose the arrive correctly , when i choose the STAR i can't choose the approach (runway and transition)

Anyone have this problem and knows how to solve it
