July 25, 20214 yr Hi, I have been searching desperately for an email address to support, but cannot find. I was having a lot of difficulty downloading and installing the GNS software. Part of the issue was not being to even download the installer. Once I got past that issue, I wound up with several different versions of the installer. At some point, I apparently used the wrong one to purchase Reality XP. I need XPlane 430, but have mistakenly purchased MS version. Can someone please contact me to help me fix this?
