Loss of FPS on every flight

Recommended Posts

Start is in EDNY with 50 FPS on approach and after landing in LEIB it is only 30 FPS.

I locked the FPS to 30, but after landing I reach a maximum of 18-30 FPS

Is this a common problem in MSFS 2020, or can the problem be minimized?

The current Nvidia driver 471.41 is installed.

Could be the same as this issue

I experienced the issue yesterday, turned online ATC off, on and back to 60FPS

Trying to replicate the issue as I am typing this

By online ATC, do you mean the Azure ATC thing or online air traffic?

Gotcha. Sounds like the sim might not be deleting aircraft that are too far away again? Maybe the next hotfix will help.

I am just trying the return trip (LEIB - EGPD)

Yesterday when this happened I was close to TOD. Probably about an hour away right now. I will report back if the same thing happens

You are absolutely right this topic is in the forum already available.
thanks for the support and sorry me recreated the topic.
From what I've read, this problem affects almost everyone.
At take-off the FPS are top, but depending on how long the flight is,
the FPS become less and less and the landing can turn into a slide show.
It seems that MSFS 2020 manages the entire online air traffic from take-off to landing and does not release it again.
That could be the problem, the longer the flight the lower the FPS.
With FSX it was, among other things, the problem with the RAM.
If the 4GB RAM were full, air traffic control took us out of the race.

Finished up a flight this morning using the stock 748 from SDF-OMDG. No performance lost during the flight really. I'm going to try one more time with the Salty mod.
