Question on X-Plane 11 Vulkan crashes & Nvidia

About a month ago, there was considerable issue with an Nvidia update and use of Vulkan in X-Plane 11 resulting in multiple crashes.  For Reality-XP users, Jean-Luc, RXP CEO, offered a solution by renaming specific RXP files. Since then, I have upgraded to a custom PC and just noted a Vulkan crash. I'm looking to locate Jean-Luc's post with the earlier solution. Of course I can't remember if it was on the AVSIM forum (s) or X-plane.org forum (s). 

Any assistance will be much appreciated.
