September 3, 20214 yr Hi, I'm sorry for the delay. There is no store actually and this might be confusing at first! You'll download e-commerce enabled installers directly from our home page (don't forget to download and unzip the coupon files too!). Once downloaded you run the e-commerce enabled installers, enter your F1 account credentials, and from there you can purchase the license. Once approved, the e-commerce installer will "unwrap" the RXP software installer and proceed with the product installation! Edited September 3, 20214 yr by RXP
January 31, 20224 yr I just tried to purchase with the e-commerce installer. Purchaser stalled trying to contact PayPal. So I tried a card. Failed again with zero feedback, and zero confirmation of a purchase in my bank account or the F1 account, twice. Process seems overly complex and unreliable based on my first experience. This experience has caused me to re-think my desire to make the purchase. I'll just make do with the default x-Plane avionics. I made sure the app had access through my firewall, which incidentally adds to the complexity of the purchase process. I have seldom encountered a purchase process that seems so bent on hampering accessibility.
February 1, 20224 yr @mesae I thank you for your feedback. We've been evaluating the modernized F1 version for about a year but there were remaining a few obstacles for us to fully adopt this. We're evaluating such options though and I hope you'll be a happy RXP customer in the future!
