ASUS PRIME Z390-P: BIOS v.3004 problems with HT ON

Hello,

I have an ASUS PRIME Z390-P motherboard and have installed BIOS ver. 3004 but there is a problem only if HT is active.

I have a CPU i9 9900K 8 cores 5 Ghz and with HT DISABLED in the BIOS I have verified with CPU-Z that there are regularly 8 cores and 8 threads with a core speed at 5 Ghz instead if I put HT ENABLED, CPU-Z tells me that there are only 4 cores and 8 active threads instead of 8 cores and 16 threads and also instead of having a core speed of 5 Ghz the cores work at the base frequency of the CPU of 3.6 Mhz.
