Hi all,

After much anticipation I recently upgraded PBE & FBW A30N but unfortunately and very unusually I encountered a problem with the installation...sigh! It was a Friday afternoon so I submitted a ticket not expecting a response for a day or two. To my surprise I received an email from Bryan within the hour. He suggested that we establish a remote connection as the problem would be easier for him to resolve this way. 15 minutes later both apps were installed and working. I just wanted to publicly thank Bryan for his superb support.
