September 6, 20214 yr Not the most exotic of locations, up from Birmingham to Manchester. To make it even more enticing, a really murky day. But to cheer things up, I did the trip in the Dragonfly (Q-200) - a rather fine thing. From some angles it takes a bit of getting used to - no tailplane and an extreme teardrop shape from above, but from most other angles, I think it's a thing of great beauty. The two airports are the Macco Simulations airports, which are very reasonably priced and look pretty good to me. So get your wellies on and enjoy - A burst of sunny sky as we approach Jodrell Bank The view from the cockpit. Lovely open views, great for my kind of flying Swinging round over the north of Manchester to come back round to EGCC from the east Coming in to land Think I'll try this somewhere sunnier next.
