ASOBO added, and tuned some of the default aircraft with it, Elasticity tables for the control surfaces, so that it is now possible to impact their deflection rate / travel according to dynamic pressure ( expressed in the form of local IAS ).

I believe they just forgot to make the effect have a corresponding visual component because full travel / deflection is still observed visually from external views, or at least it did last time ( pre-WU6 ) I tried it...

Not really a major problem, but would benefit from some retouch...
