Reality xp 750 outdated maps?

Featured Replies

Hi all

Hopefully someone can help.  I recently purchased the above and noticed that even though the map data in xplane 11 is correct (and say in a g1000 shows info correctly), the details are much older in the gns 750.  Isn't it meant to reflect what is actually in xplane 11?  Also I've tried to see if I can actually update the map info, but I see no options.  (btw I use navigraph, not that it should matter, I have no conflict in xplane itself, only the gns 750).

I'm using windows 10 and not the steam version.

Any help will be most appreciated, otherwise, I'll have no choice but to get a refund I suppose, which is disappointing.

Hi,

I'm sorry your not entirely satisfied with the map details.

Are you actually referring to the traditional device MAP/Navigation view, or the "Charts" content (equivalent to the paper charts)?

I've been researching this for the past few months. I would imagine he's speaking of being able to update the Airac within the database.

It's pretty frustrating not to be able to fly the Arrivals given by ATC.

Thanks in advance.

Do you have any particular arrival in mind which is no present?
