September 10, 20214 yr Hi, I reinstalled windows and now I just get invalid licence on the GTN750. I have kept my original licence and proof of purchase but I can't find how to contact the Vendor. The 750 says contact the vendor. I don't know how to proceed. I tried sticking my licence file in all the file folders, I could think of. I can't understand why it doesn't ask for a serial number when it is installing. I downloaded the new version from the website., unzipped and installed. Shows up in the aircraft and then just freezes with the invalid sign. I installed windows faster than this. Any help would be great. Edited September 10, 20214 yr by Tonyp23
September 10, 20214 yr Hi, Did you reinstall using the e-commerce enabled installer? Otherwise just download the latest one from our website, run the e-commerce installer, enter your F1 account credentials and press REINSTALL.
